Being located centrally makes Gonville Hotel the perfect base for a stay in the city, attracting both holidaymakers and businesspeople. We are currently recruiting for a Housekeeping Attendant to join our Truly Talented team.

Your role:
As a Housekeeping Attendant, your focus will be to create a positive and memorable arrival experience for guests through high standards of cleanliness and efficient service.
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and acknowledging all guests; anticipating and addressing guests’ service needs
- Ensuring that all guests’ rooms and public areas are beautifully presented to our guests, playing a key role in creating exceptional experiences
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is always delivered in line with our core values and standards

- Highly self‑motivated, confident, decisive and able to work with limited supervision
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guests’ needs
- A team player able to work to defined procedures and standards
