The Role

The College Operations Team invites applicants for the role of Operations Assistant. The successful applicant will assist in day-to-day administrative tasks to support the Operations Departments, which spans:

  • Accommodation
  • Estates Planning
  • Maintenance
  • Housekeeping
  • Portering and Security
  • Conferencing and Events
  • Catering
  • IT

It is envisaged that the role will particularly support the Accommodation Manager. The Accommodation Manager has responsibility for the College's student accommodation management and allocation of rooms; she works collaboratively with various departments to ensure a positive and professionally managed experience for all.

This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week. The salary for this position is £30,125 FTE.
