The Role
Gonville & Caius College is seeking an enthusiastic person to join their maintenance team as a General Maintenance Assistant. This role will be involved in various aspects of maintenance such as painting, carpentry, building repairs and basic plumbing and projects across a large estate of historic buildings in Cambridge's conservation area. The successful candidate is someone with an excellent background in all round maintenance, willing to work as part of a larger team as well as autonomously and flexible in their approach to the various tasks in the department. This is a full-time, permanent role. The hours of work are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The annual full time equivalent salary for this role is £37,773.
