The Role:
Gonville & Caius College is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join its Maintenance department in the role of Plumber and Heating Engineer. The successful candidate will maintain, with the assistance of the other Plumber and Heating Engineer, the numerous plumbing and heating systems within the College's buildings. The post holder will become familiar with the systems and be able to advise the College on all aspects of maintenance and repair. There will be autonomous working situations as well as cross department working with other colleagues in the maintenance team. This is a permanent, full-time role (1.0 FTE). The hours of work are 40 hours per week. The annual full time equivalent salary for this role will range between £33,576 and £38,521.
