The Role

As Sales Team Leader, you will oversee a small inbound-focused contact centre team, driving performance through effective coaching, motivation, and hands-on leadership. You will be responsible for ensuring the team excels in conversion, meets key KPIs, and delivers high-quality, compliant customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities
