The Role
This role is about identifying, nurturing, and managing relationships with both businesses and customers to support revenue growth and business development across the UK. You will take ownership of key client relationships, develop new business opportunities, and work closely with regional teams to support growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across markets, industries, and partnerships
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth and revenue targets
- Support Regional Managers in spotting and developing local business opportunities
- Implement and improve the Operator sales process
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business development initiatives with company goals
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive growth
- Coordinate with regional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Prepare reports and presentations on business development performance and progress
