Leisure Duty Manager – North London (Temporary Contract)Location: North London

Type: Full-Time, Temporary (ongoing)

Assignment Rate: £15.52 – 16.50 per hour (paid fortnightly)

Role OverviewThe Duty Manager will oversee the day‐to‐day operations of the site, ensuring a safe, efficient, and customer‐focused environment. You will supervise staff, manage incidents, and uphold the highest standards in health and safety, cleanliness, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Daily operational management of the facility

Supervision and support of front‐line staff

Ensuring smooth shift transitions and staff handovers

Monitoring and maintaining site cleanliness and safety standards

Managing incident reports and administering first aid when necessary

Ensuring compliance with all operational procedures and industry regulations

Essential Requirements

Valid National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)

Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain)

Pool Plant Operator (PPO) Certificate (preferred but not essential)

Previous experience as a Duty Manager in a leisure or similar environment

Availability to work full‐time, including early, middle, and late shifts, as well as weekends
