This is a fantastic Property Coordinator role created to continue the commercial success of the company and support the Commercial and Property Director. The company is led by an experienced team of operating and investment professionals committed to developing and growing the business through capital investment and expansion opportunities, continuous innovation and consumer engagement.
Overview
The role provides support to the Commercial and Property Director, the European & Australia team and includes, but is not limited to, customer services, marketing, reporting, data analysis, finance, invoicing, managing account set up and subscriptions.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing account management and administrative support to the Commercial and Property Director and department
- Acting as the point of contact for fleet and account customers on operational and administrative matters
- Working with the BDM to ensure collaborative account management within the business
- Owning fleet booking systems and all back-of-house account management platforms
- Managing the end-to-end process for vouchers, subscription and offers
- Owning evidence and validation processes for account and fleet redemptions
- Enforcing agreed client processes and controls
- Supporting Customer Service with voucher, App and account related enquiries
- Providing periodic reporting on subscriptions, pre-pay, voucher redemptions and App sign-ups
- Monitoring high or unusual usage and supporting fraud investigations where required
- Preparing and distributing invoice reports and statements to site operators
- Maintaining master trackers and data integrity across systems, reports and invoicing
- Supporting marketing, operations, commercial projects, finance, audit and legal queries
- Ensuring GDPR compliant handling of customer, vehicle and account data
- Managing the client contracts and database for B2B/B2C Clients
- Ensuring collaborative work with the Business Development Manager
- Attending Trade shows when needed
Candidate Profile And Attributes
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables, is essential
- Experience with Excel database administration would be an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience in working with external clients is essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
