What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive, motivating atmosphere for members.
• Design and deliver personalised training programs tailored to individual fitness goals.
• Lead gym inductions and group exercise classes.
• Support day‑to‑day gym floor operations, including cleanliness, equipment checks, and safety procedures.
• Ensure all health and safety protocols are consistently followed.

What You’ll Need

• Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification
• Level 3 Personal Trainer certification
• Valid First Aid certification
