Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a welcoming environment for all members Conduct gym inductions and create tailored training programmes Lead engaging gym floor sessions and boot camp-style classes when required Maintain high standards of cleanliness and equipment upkeep Complete all health and safety checks and administrative tasks as needed Stay enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to supporting members’ fitness goals Qualifications Required: Level 2 Fitness Instructor or Level 3 Personal Trainer Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one) Assignment Rate = £14.00 – £15.52 per hour, paid fortnightly!
