Customer Service Executive required in the Telford area for this luxury skincare business..

We\’re looking for a confident, well-presented, and exceptionally organised Customer Service Executive to join their growing team. This varied role plays a vital part in the day-to-day running of all aspects of this fast-paced business, combining customer care, office coordination, and logistics with the opportunity to explore other areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and enquiries from both B2C and B2B customers
  • Organise training logistics in collaboration with the office team
  • Manage certified accounts in support of the Sales Director
  • Oversee front-of-house duties, providing a warm and professional welcome to visitors and clients
  • Process customer orders and manage associated logistics
  • Support the subscription team and respond to subscription queries
  • Coordinate bookings
  • Ensure smooth-running office protocols and provide general administrative support

  • Proficient with IT systems including Outlook and Excel
