Gonini, the AI-native logistics and e-commerce fulfilment start-up, is seeking a Head of Operations to scale its fulfilment engine with lean headcount. You’ll inherit a 4-person team and grow to 6–7, partnering with CEO and board.
You’ll own end-to-end operational excellence across warehouses, 3PL, and seller experience, building Claude-driven automations, data dashboards, and SOPs. This role blends hands-on leadership with strategic architecture in a fast-growing environment.
