Soccer XS is a youth training support company that aids the development of youth soccer clubs throughout the northeast, primarily across Connecticut. For the Winter 2025 season, we are hiring coaches to lead a variety of indoor programs designed to develop the next generation of soccer players.
Winter Programs Include:
- Futsal
- Indoor Skills Clinics
- Speed and Agility Clinics
- Indoor Team Training
Locations We Are Hiring For:
- Canton
- Farmington
- Harwinton
- Bristol
Ideal candidates live within a 30-minute commute of one of the locations listed above.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead or assist in coaching winter clinics and training sessions (indoor).
- Engage and interact with children ages 7β15 in a positive, energetic, and age-appropriate way.
- Design and deliver sessions that focus on skill development, game play, fitness, and fun.
- Create a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment for all players.
- Demonstrate punctuality, professionalism, and responsibility when interacting with players and families.
- Adapt coaching approaches for various indoor formats (futsal, clinics, training, and fitness).

What We Need From You:
- A background in and passion for soccer.
- USSF or USC soccer coaching qualifications preferred. If unlicensed but experienced, we will support your first online license.
- Reliable availability for weekday evenings and/or weekend indoor sessions.
- Outgoing, enthusiastic personality with the ability to motivate players.
- Prior experience coaching or working with children is preferred.
- Must pass a background check.
- Must be locally based in CT or MA and legally eligible to work in the U.S. (no work visa sponsorship).
- Valid driverβs license and reliable transportation within a 20-mile radius.
