SUMMARY
Real Salt Lake Youth Soccer Camp Coaches will need to provide soccer coaching instruction to kids ages 5 – 14 who have registered and will participate in the club's official Summer Camps. Coaches are responsible for being educated on and teaching the Real Salt Lake Summer Camp curriculum, while also having the ability to teach the curriculum to children in every age group. We want hard-working, dedicated staff who love to teach the game of soccer. This position will be responsible for assisting with the setup and takedown of soccer equipment. You will be expected to travel throughout the Wasatch front to visit soccer camps.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Deliver training sessions based on the RSL Camps curriculum.
- Set up and break down camp equipment at each session.
- Attend at least 80% of scheduled camps and community events.
- Assist with additional duties as assigned by the Camps Program Manager.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 95% of the work will be done in an outdoor environment.
- Flexible schedule required, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Must be able to provide your own transportation.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- U.S. Soccer Coaching Certified.
- CPR/First Aid certification is preferred but not required.
- Previous soccer playing or coaching experience.
- Soccer referee experience.

- Must have in-depth knowledge and love for the game.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The job requires regularly lifting/pushing up to 50 pounds and occasionally lifting/pushing more than 75 pounds or exerting heavy force, in a wide disparity of environmental conditions. The job involves standing, stooping, bending, lifting, pushing, etc.
