Our clients include IFS consultancies, digital transformation leaders and global end users running complex ERP programmes. We are now hiring an experienced IFS Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.

The Role

  • Focus exclusively on the IFS ERP market
  • Build long-term relationships with IFS consultants, project managers, solution architects and technical specialists
  • Partner with IFS consultancies and end users on both permanent and contract hiring
  • Own the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, or specialise in BD
  • Generate new business within your territory
  • Deliver high-quality shortlists, not volume CV blasts
  • Become a recognised specialist within your IFS sub-market

You will work in a high-trust, high-performance environment where results are rewarded and autonomy is expected.

What We Are Looking For

Essential:

  • Recruitment experience (ERP, IT, or specialist tech markets preferred)
  • Strong business development ability
  • Confidence running client calls and closing fees
  • Commercial mindset
  • High standards and attention to detail
  • Ambition to grow within a scaling business

Highly Desirable:

  • Experience recruiting within IFS ERP
  • Existing IFS candidate or client network
  • Multilingual capability (German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Polish, etc.)
  • Contract recruitment experience

Compensation & Commission

Competitive base salary (depending on location and experience) with no threshold. Industry leading commission structure. High performers have the opportunity to earn significant six-figure incomes.
