The Role: We are looking for an ambitious recruiter who wants ownership, independence, and the opportunity to build a niche market within a high-demand sector. The role combines business development and candidate delivery. You will develop new client relationships in the IFS and ERP space, manage accounts, take job briefs, negotiate terms, and build long-term partnerships.
You will also be responsible for sourcing and engaging ERP specialists, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from first contact to offer negotiation. You will build a strong candidate network, understand the market deeply, and become recognised as a specialist in your vertical.
What We’re Looking For: We want someone with one to five years of experience in recruitment, ideally within IFS or ERP. You should be confident, commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable with business development.
