We are looking for a Product Designer – Toys: a driven, creative professional who wants to play a central role in our toy development team. You will work closely with a vibrant group of internal and external partners, including our teams in the US, the Netherlands, the UK and Hong Kong.

Responsibilities
- Brainstorm, sketch, and develop inspiring product concepts for physical toys
- Identify new trends and product opportunities
- Own the design aesthetics, play pattern, and experience of the brand/product
- Make visual brand presentations and present them to senior management
- Lead brainstorming sessions within the design team
- Prototype ideas and test products with kids

Education And Experience
- A bachelor\’s degree or equivalent qualification in product design or industrial design
- 3-5 years of toy industry experience
- Good sketching skills to clearly present ideas and concepts
- Good skills in 3D design software (e.g. SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Blender, etc.)
- Basic understanding of 3D sculpting (e.g., Blender or Nomad) is highly advantageous
- Good knowledge of current design packages, including Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong interest in toys
- Experience managing schedules across multiple simultaneous projects

- Hands-on attitude – you love to not only sketch ideas but prototype them as well
