- Key Tasks / Main Duties
- Act as custodian of assigned brand(s), ensuring all elements of the brand strategy align to maximise business results.
- Manage all aspects of the product range, working with partners to bring products to market within key milestones and budget.
- Support the development of the brand line plan in collaboration with the Senior Marketing Team.
- Create and maintain brand preview documents and product line plans.
- Identify new opportunities through market and category gap analysis, becoming a true category expert.
- Develop A&P plans in collaboration with agencies and the Senior Marketing Team to ensure cost-effective use of promotional budgets.
- Brief and manage external agencies.
- Oversee and manage TVC edits.
- Build strong working relationships with licensors, working closely with the Marketing and Licensing Director; attend licence meetings and identify joint consumer and retail marketing opportunities.
- Develop and deliver brand presentations and sales materials at key times of year (toy fairs, spring and autumn previews).
- Plan and execute toy fair activity across the brand portfolio.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn, continuously building knowledge and expertise within the marketing team.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- A degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or an equivalent qualification.
- 2–4 years’ experience, ideally within the toy, games, or entertainment industry.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, as we work across multiple countries.
