Ullesthorpe Court Hotel & Golf Club, located near Lutterworth, offers terrific views and a challenging round for golfers at every skill level. We are looking for an On Course Catering Assistant to work Sundays. Hours of work are winter 9am-2pm and summer 8am-3pm. You will be working in the catering Halfway House on the golf course, alongside our golf operations team. You will be responsible for providing food and beverage to our members and guests both in the Halfway House and on our catering/refreshment cart.
The ideal candidate will be a team player, with good communication skills, ideally with a background in customer service and catering experience although full training will be given. You will be responsible for cleaning the kitchen area and regularly cleaning and sanitizing surfaces. You should be reliable and self-motivated when working alone. A good knowledge and understanding of golf would be a bonus.

- Driving license preferred but not essential

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work one day at weekends and occasionally cover both days
- A willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and guest services
