Ullesthorpe Court Hotel & Golf Club, located near Lutterworth, offers terrific views and a challenging round for golfers at every skill level. We are looking for a seasonal On Course Starter/Marshall to work weekends and hours in the week if needed. You will be working on the golf course, alongside our golf operations team.
You will be responsible for:
- Greeting guests
- Talking about the course
- Maintaining play
- Helping our golf operations team with washing buggies
- Assisting with our refreshment cart on the course
The ideal candidate will be a team player with good communication skills, ideally with knowledge of golf. Full training will be given. You should be reliable and self-motivated when working alone. First aid training would be a bonus.
Duties:
- Maintaining play on course
- Providing excellent customer service
- Helping our golf operations team
- Washing buggies and maintaining your own starter marshall buggy
- Serving on course with our refreshment cart
Requirements:
- Driving license preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly disposition towards guests
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and in busy periods during the week
- Willingness to work a seasonal position
