Reporting Into: HR Director
Role Overview:
As the Human Resources Assistant for the Golfbreaks Group, you’ll play a key role in supporting all aspects of the HR function both in the UK, and for our growing USA business.
This is a varied role that combines core HR responsibilities with Office Management duties, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Strong administrative skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion are essential, as are excellent interpersonal and employee-facing communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment – managing recruitment campaigns for junior and mid-level roles and processing applications, contracts, and onboarding agendas whilst monitoring companywide capacity plans.
• Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) – maintaining employee records & personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements on our in-house system.
• Employee Relations – supporting the HR & Management Teams on a variety of employee relations topics.
• Office Management – managing a wide range of office duties, ensuring all health & safety requirements are met and liaising/negotiating with relevant office suppliers.
• Company Culture – assisting with the development of an employee-oriented company culture, including the coordination and implementation of all staff events and activities.
• Payroll – managing the administration of payroll requirements alongside the Payroll Manager.
• Employee Benefits – overseeing employee benefits administration, including maintaining records and staff communications.
