ROLE OVERVIEW
As Kitchen Assistant, you will take responsibility for the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen, prepare and cook dishes from our Café-style menu to a consistently high standard, following brand specifications. The role requires an ability to work both as part of a team and independently, while ensuring all food preparation areas remain clean, safe, and compliant with Food Safety regulations. Kitchen assistants will need to manage their time effectively during both busy and quiet periods, maintaining focus and cope well under pressure to create a welcoming café service.
