Working alongside the Course Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining one of the region's leading family-focused golf and leisure destinations while helping to develop the future of the site. As a Senior Greenkeeper, you'll support the planning, organisation and delivery of all greenkeeping operations across our golf courses and driving range. You'll lead by example, maintaining exceptional course conditions while helping to motivate and develop the greenkeeping team. Supporting course improvement projects including renovations, drainage, irrigation, turfing, seeding and path construction. Supporting the maintenance of the driving range outfield, including ball collection and range ball quality management. Assisting with stock control, purchasing and inventory management. Building strong relationships with colleagues across Burhill Golf & Leisure to share knowledge and best practice.
