About the role
Want to be part of a golf course that's going places? At Redbourn Golf Club, we're not your traditional golf club. We're ambitious, busy, welcoming and committed to providing an outstanding experience for our members, visitors and local community. We're looking for a Greenkeeper to join our Course Team and help us maintain and continually improve one of the most important parts of the club - our golf course. If you take pride in your work, enjoy being outdoors and want to be part of a team that genuinely cares about what it does, we'd love to hear from you.
Who are we looking for?
- Previous greenkeeping experience would be beneficial, although we're also interested in people who are passionate about working outdoors and want to develop a career in turf management.
- Has ambition - You want to learn, develop your skills and take pride in continually improving the course.
- Collaborates - You understand that great courses are created by great teams. You'll work closely with your colleagues and other departments across the club.
- Brings fun - Greenkeeping can be hard work, but it should be enjoyable too. We want people who bring a positive attitude and enjoy being part of the team.
- Builds trust - You're reliable, take responsibility for your work and can be trusted to get the job done properly.
We are proud to have been recognised with Sustainability Project of the Year at the England Golf Awards 2026, reflecting our commitment to managing the course responsibly and looking after the environment. We want our course to be something our members are proud of - and somewhere our greenkeeping team can be proud to work, so if you're passionate about golf courses, enjoy working outdoors and want to be part of an ambitious team that takes pride in what it does, we'd love to hear from you.
