As a Night Porter at Crerar Hotels, you will be responsible for managing the night desk and ensuring the smooth running of operations between 11pm and 7am. You must take pride in your work, presenting yourself well and delivering exceptional customer service. This full-time role, which includes weekend shifts, covers a range of duties, including:
- Overseeing security
- Setting up function rooms for events
- Storing furniture and equipment
- Following end-of-day procedures
- Assisting with guests' food and beverage needs throughout the night
With your attention to detail, you’ll produce audit reports and ensure high security standards are maintained. Personable and engaging, you will interact with guests to exceed their expectations and may be asked to assist the cleaning, bar, and reception teams or act as duty manager when required. Previous night experience in a hotel is preferred, and your commitment to customer service will make a significant impact on the guest experience during the night shift.
