You’ll be assisting with bespoke itineraries that aim to elevate our customers’ experiences, inspiring discovery and setting the scene for unforgettable shared moments. Golf is at the heart of our offering, with the best courses forming the centrepiece of many itineraries. However, our approach goes far beyond golf; meeting the expectations of the luxury traveller, whether a golfer or not, requires careful attention to detail at every stage of the journey.
As an Operations Administrator, you’ll work closely with suppliers and Destination Management Companies (DMCs), building and managing relationships that allow us to provide unique and exclusive opportunities for our clients. Your organizational skills and keen eye for detail will ensure each itinerary is flawlessly executed. Ideal candidates will have work experience in the luxury travel or hospitality industry, with an interest in or understanding of golf as an added advantage. A creative and commercial mindset, excellent communication skills (both in person and digitally), and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences are essential. We’re looking for someone eager to learn, grow, and make a meaningful contribution to our dynamic and expanding team.
