Golf Travel Group are looking for a Creative Designer to join our growing marketing team and become the person who makes our work look as good as it performs. You’ll design high-performing paid ads and email campaigns across two travel brands, helping shape the visual identity and creative systems behind millions of monthly impressions. You’ll work across:

  • Golf Travel Centre
  • GolfTours.com

What you'll be doing:

Your Core Focus

  • Designing paid social ads for Meta (static, carousel & occasional motion/video)
  • Creating high-performing email campaigns and reusable templates
  • Building scalable design systems across ads and email
  • Working closely with the marketing team to turn briefs into creative that performs

The Variety

  • Presentation decks
  • Event collateral
  • Business cards
  • Partner materials
  • Supporting wider creative direction across both brands

Bonus Skills (Not Essential)

  • Video editing for Reels and social content
  • Motion graphics experience

Who We're Looking For

You’ve ideally got around 1–2 years of design experience and a portfolio that proves you can create work with a clear marketing purpose.

Essentials

  • Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign minimum)
  • Experience designing paid social ads
  • Experience designing email campaigns & templates
  • Comfortable building reusable creative systems/templates
  • Comfortable using AI tools like Claude as part of your workflow
  • Someone who cares whether the creative performs, not just how it looks

Nice To Have

  • Video editing skills (Premiere, CapCut etc.)
  • Interest in golf, travel or lifestyle brands
  • Curiosity around marketing strategy, paid media & performance

Probably Not A Fit If...

  • You mainly work from Canva templates
  • You’re primarily a social media manager rather than a designer
  • You prefer being told exactly what to make instead of solving creative problems yourself
