We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Digital Product Administrator to join our Digital Product Team. This is a hands-on operational role that sits at the heart of our business, helping to keep our websites, products and internal systems accurate, organised and up to date.
Your day-to-day focus will be loading, updating and maintaining golf travel products across our websites and internal quoting system. You'll work closely with our Sales, Operations, Partnerships and Marketing teams to ensure products are launched correctly, prices remain accurate and customers always have access to the latest information.
This is not a marketing or creative role. Success in this position comes from being methodical, process-driven and having a genuine eye for detail. If you enjoy keeping systems organised, spotting errors before anyone else and ensuring information is accurate, you'll thrive here.
Alongside the role, you'll complete a Level 3 Data Technician Apprenticeship, gaining valuable skills in data management, reporting, quality assurance and business systems whilst working towards a nationally recognised qualification.
What You'll Do
- Load new golf travel products onto our websites using our Content Management System (CMS)
- Update existing product listings, including pricing, descriptions, imagery, availability and key information
- Maintain accurate product information within our internal quoting and booking systems
- Carry out regular quality checks to ensure information is consistent across all platforms
- Coordinate with Sales, Partnerships, Operations and Marketing teams to ensure products are launched on time
- Identify, investigate and resolve product or website data issues quickly and accurately
- Support ongoing website maintenance projects and content updates
- Assist with gathering and organising website and enquiry data
- Support reporting on product performance, website activity and enquiry trends
- Help maintain internal spreadsheets, reports and data records
- Contribute to website health checks and quality assurance processes
- Develop skills in data analysis and reporting through your apprenticeship programme
What We're Looking For
- Exceptional attention to detail, you're the type of person who spots a typo, broken link or pricing error immediately
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable working with structured data, systems and processes
- Confident using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Strong written communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently whilst managing a varied workload
Desirable
- Previous experience in administration, eCommerce, operations or data entry
- Familiarity with WordPress or a similar CMS
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and large volumes of information
- An interest in data, reporting or business systems
- An interest in golf or travel is a bonus, but absolutely not required
Apprenticeship Information
This role is supported by a Level 3 Data Technician Apprenticeship. The apprenticeship will provide training in data management, reporting, quality assurance, business systems and data analysis whilst you gain hands-on experience within the business.
