You’ll design high-performing paid ads and email campaigns across two travel brands, helping shape the visual identity and creative systems behind millions of monthly impressions. This role is perfect for someone who loves design that actually drives results, not just work that looks pretty in a portfolio.
What you'll be doing
- Designing paid social ads for Meta (static, carousel & occasional motion/video)
- Creating high-performing email campaigns and reusable templates
- Building scalable design systems across ads and email
- Working closely with the marketing team to turn briefs into creative that performs

Who We're Looking For
You’ve ideally got around 1–2 years of design experience and a portfolio that proves you can create work with a clear marketing purpose.
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign minimum)
- Comfortable using AI tools like Claude as part of your workflow
- Someone who cares whether the creative performs, not just how it looks
