We are looking for a curious and driven AI & Operations Associate to join our Digital Product Team. AI is at the heart of this role but a successful applicant must have the ability to support the marketing and wider teams with their AI/UX tasks. You will work with different teams to explore, develop and implement AI-powered tools and automated workflows that improve efficiency across the whole company. That means identifying repetitive processes, finding smarter ways to do things and actually building the solutions using tools like Claude, ChatGPT and n8n.

Alongside this, you will play a supporting role in the day-to-day management of our two golf travel brand websites, keeping product listings accurate, up to date and well-organised. It is a great way to get under the skin of how the business works while developing the AI side of the role.

What You'll Do

  • AI & Automation (Primary Focus)
    • Work with the Technology Manager to identify processes across the business that can be improved or automated using AI
    • Build and deploy internal tools using AI platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT and workflow automation tools like n8n
    • Stay on top of new AI tools and capabilities, and bring ideas to the team on how we can use them
    • Document and maintain the tools and workflows you build so they're scalable and easy for the team to use
    • Support colleagues across departments in adopting and getting the most out of AI tools
    • Help improve website user experience by identifying friction points, broken journeys or opportunities to improve conversion rates
  • Marketing & UX/Design (Secondary)
    • Support the marketing team with AI-assisted content workflows, campaign planning and operational efficiencies
    • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams on improving internal processes, campaign delivery and customer-facing experiences
    • Analyse website behaviour and customer journeys to suggest UX improvements and smarter content structures
    • Support testing and optimisation projects across email, website and booking funnels
    • Help organise and maintain digital assets, templates and internal documentation systems

What We're Looking For

  • Essential
    • Genuine enthusiasm for AI, you've already worked with tools like ChatGPT, Claude or similar
    • A problem-solving mindset, you enjoy figuring out how things work and finding better ways to do them
    • Comfortable learning new tools and platforms quickly, you don't need to know everything, but you need to be able to pick things up fast
    • Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
    • Clear communicator, you're able to explain what you're building and why to non-technical colleagues
    • Degree-level education or equivalent practical experience
  • Desirable
    • Hands-on experience with AI tools or automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make or similar)
    • Some exposure to no-code or low-code development, or a desire to learn
    • Familiarity with WordPress or a similar CMS
    • An understanding of Marketing, Design or Content, you will be working alongside the Marketing team on many internal projects
