Joiner

To assist on a day to day basis with maintenance related work as required in the Wine Inns pubs and clubs, Winemark stores, Russells Food & Drink stores and Warehouses., * To carry out necessary joinery and general maintenance work covering all areas of the business as listed above.

• Any other duties relevant and related to the post., The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills as this post is responsible for the maintenance of a large number of outlets. The ability to organize and manage their own workload is necessary, with a positive and self motivated "can do" attitude.

Main Points of Contact – internal and external

Internal – Line Manager, the maintenance team, Outlet Managers, General Managers for each area of the business.

External – suppliers, external contractors.

City and Guilds in Joinery or equivalent qualification or experience, A minimum of 3 years experience of joinery, ideally with a background of shop fitting or maintenance.

• This is a full time, permanent position, with flexibility required for daytime, evening, weekend work and being on call.

• On call weekends will be required every 1 in 3 weekends. On call retainer is paid along with overtime rates for time worked.

• Use of a Company van will be provided during working hours and to and from the candidate’s place of work.
