Golf Genius is looking for a highly motivated, target-oriented Sales Manager to join our UK team. With over 11,500 customers in 60+ countries and partnerships with the USGA, England Golf, and Golf Ireland, we are the gold standard in golf solutions. If you are a self-starter with a passion for the industry and a proven track record in sales, we want to hear from you.
Reporting to the Head of Sales for Golf Genius Ltd, you will take a lead role in growing our customer base across UK clubs, resorts, and event providers. This is a remote-based role that requires a "hands-on" approach—from high-level pitching to attending key exhibitions and conferences.
What you’ll be doing:
- Driving Growth: Cultivating and developing new accounts through your existing network of Golf Club Managers and PGA Professionals.
- Customer Success: Providing training and implementing our software at assigned facilities.
- Industry Presence: Representing Golf Genius at key UK golfing events.
- Being the Voice: Relaying customer feedback to our development teams to keep our product world-class.
Who You Are:
We are looking for someone who "leads by example" and thrives in a fast-moving, tech-driven environment.
Requirements:
- Industry Credibility: 5+ years of golf industry experience (PGA Member in good standing is highly preferred).
- Sales Success: 2+ years of proven sales performance within the golf sector.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning and demoing software environments.
- Self-Driven: Ability to work independently from home and travel as needed.
