Overview
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Build a student base by creating a safe environment, providing high-quality instruction, and building long-lasting relationships with students.
- Identify strengths and weaknesses, understand students’ goals, and act as a Trusted Advisor.
- Continuously seek ways to improve teaching skills and meet financial and metric goals.
- Engage in community outreach by partnering with local organizations to promote our services such as Fitting, Lessons, and Club Tech.
- Lead initiatives to support and spread awareness of the Golf Galaxy experience.
- Collaborate with Certified Fitters and teammates to enhance the Trusted Advisor experience, offering suggestions and sharing expertise during fittings and lessons.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-3 years experience
- Active PGA of America Class A or LPGA member in good standing
- Knowledge of club-fitting through experience and/or OEM training
- Trackman Level 1 & 2 certification
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for golf equipment and technology
- Desire for continued learning and teaching others
- Stay current with industry trends
Targeted Pay Range: $45,000 - $67,200, with a comprehensive rewards package including incentives, benefits, and possibly equity. Pay is determined based on experience, location, and other factors.
