As Senior Floor Server, it is your role to make sure our guests receive the highest standard of service possible and have the best time! You will oversee floor servers to achieve sales targets to improve revenue generation. You will hold regular training sessions with the team, ensuring that they are well equipped in product knowledge, customer service, safety and general venue information.

Essential
  • Experience in working in a busy floor/waiting/host team.
  • Knowledge and experience of upsell and team motivation techniques.
  • At least 6 months floor/waiting/hosting experience.
Desired
  • Experience in high volume brand equivalent venues.
  • Food safety and hygiene qualifications.
  • Personal License.

Full training on brand values, products and service standards will be provided to any individual successful in this process.
