About the role
As a Reception Host at Golf Fang, it is your role to welcome guests ensuring they have the best start to their experience! We want our guests to be comfortable and happy going onto the course. You will also manage the flow of guests playing golf and communicate the rules of the course!
Essential
- Customer service experience
- Effective communicator
- Effective time management and organisation skills
- PC literate with ability to use booking systems and mobile devices for drinks orders
Desired
- Previous experience in hosting or serving
- Basic knowledge of bar products
- Cash and payment card handling experience
Full training on brand values, products and service standards will be provided to any individual successful in this process.
