About the role
Working in a busy, fast pacedenvironment, as line cook it is your role to prepare and serve food orders of highquality products efficiently to a consistent, in line with all recipespecifications, to ensure guests in Golf Fang get a fantastic experience,whilst maintaining health and safety standards, being aware of allergens and complyingwith all legal and statutory requirements. Working and effectively communicatingwith venue colleagues to ensure the guest journey is delivered to our brandstandards.
Job Requirements include:
- Performing duties which require bending &reaching
- Lifting & transporting up to 20kg containers,dish racks, and rubbish bins
- Standing or moving, for up to 8+ hours
- Maintaining a hygienic and well-groomed appearance,following all uniform guidelines
Essential
- Food Service Level 1
- Allergen awareness
- Experience working in a kitchen environment
- Customer service skills
- Cash handling skills
Desired
- Food Hygiene Level 2
- Allergen awareness Level 2
- Using a food ordering system
- Electronic point of sale system
Full training on brand values,products and service standards will be provided to any individual successful inthis process.
