About the role
As Duty Manager, it is your role to be an efficient and effective member of the management team, supporting the General Manager with recruitment training and development, ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety. You will need to be the bearer of standards, creativity, and quality. Also responsible for the continuous developments of the standards in the venue using such involving people management, reviewing of products and ensuring the general upkeep of maintenance and cleanliness. You must be fully versed as a Duty Manager and confident in venue management and cash handling.
Essential
- At least 6 months managers experience at a similar level.
- Experience in staff training and development.
- Innovative and creative ideas for cocktail menu development.
Desired
- Experience in a multi-site unit, managing multiple locations within a complex.
- Food safety and hygiene qualifications.
- Personal License.
Full training on brand values, products and service standards will be provided to any individual successful in this process.
