About the role: Working in a busy, fast-paced environment, as line cook it is your role to prepare and serve food orders of high-quality products efficiently to a consistent standard, in line with all recipe specifications, to ensure guests in Golf Fang get a fantastic experience. You will maintain health and safety standards, be aware of allergens, and comply with all legal and statutory requirements. You will work and effectively communicate with venue colleagues to ensure the guest journey is delivered to our brand standards.

Job Requirements include:

  • Performing duties which require bending & reaching
  • Lifting & transporting up to 20kg containers, dish racks, and rubbish bins
  • Standing or moving for up to 8+ hours
  • Maintaining a hygienic and well-groomed appearance, following all uniform guidelines

Essential:

  • Food Service Level 1
  • Allergen awareness
  • Experience working in a kitchen environment
  • Customer service skills
  • Cash handling skills

Desired:

  • Food Hygiene Level 2
  • Allergen awareness Level 2
  • Using a food ordering system
  • Electronic point of sale system

Full training on brand values, products and service standards will be provided to any individual successful in this process.
