About the role: Working in a busy, fast-paced environment, as line cook it is your role to prepare and serve food orders of high-quality products efficiently to a consistent standard, in line with all recipe specifications, to ensure guests in Golf Fang get a fantastic experience, whilst maintaining health and safety standards, being aware of allergens and complying with all legal and statutory requirements. You will work and effectively communicate with venue colleagues to ensure the guest journey is delivered to our brand standards.
Job Requirements include:
- Performing duties which require bending & reaching
- Lifting & transporting up to 20kg containers, dish racks, and rubbish bins
- Standing or moving for up to 8+ hours
- Maintaining a hygienic and well-groomed appearance, following all uniform guidelines
Essential:
- Food Service Level 1
- Allergen awareness
- Experience working in a kitchen environment
- Customer service skills
- Cash handling skills
