About the role

As a Floor Server at Golf Fang, it is your role to ensure that our guests have the best experience! Making sure that they are comfortable and happy throughout their visit, serving drinks on the course so they can enjoy making their way around without going to the bar!

Essential

  • Customer service experience
  • Effective communicator
  • Effective time management and organisation skills
  • PC literate with ability to use booking systems and mobile devices for drinks orders

Desired

  • Previous experience in hosting or serving
  • Basic knowledge of bar products
  • Cash and payment card handling experience

Full training on brand values, products and service standards will be provided to any individual successful in this process.
