About the role

To be an efficient and effective member of the management support team.

Supporting Duty Managers to deliver operational excellence through training and developing a strong team of hosts, ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety, handling customer enquiries and complaints.

Providing coaching to achieve upsell targets to improve revenue generation from welcome hosts.

To hold regular training sessions with hosts, ensuring that they are well equipped in product knowledge, customer service, safety, and general venue information

Essential

  • Experience in working in a busy reception/host team.
  • Knowledge and experience of upsell and team motivation techniques.
  • At least 6 months hosting experience.
  • Desired
  • Experience in high volume brand equivalent venues.
  • Food safety and hygiene qualifications.
  • Personal License.
