Working Hours: 37 hours per week

Worker Type: On-Site Worker

Salary: Starting Salary is £26,824 (Level one) rising to £27,694 (Level Three) per annum (pro rata for part-time) (Pay award pending)

Location: Loxley House, Nottingham, NG2 3NG

About the Role

As a Support Officer for the Private Rented Sector, you will provide administrative and practical support to the Nottingham Private Rented Assistance Scheme (NPRAS) within Nottingham City Council's Housing Solutions service. The role involves assisting citizens who are threatened with homelessness from the private rented sector, helping them access and sustain suitable accommodation. You will also ensure that Housing Benefit and Discretionary Housing Payment claims are submitted and processed for households living in, or moving into, private rented accommodation.
