Salary: Grade F - Starting Salary £32,597 (Level one) rising to £35,412 (Level four)

Location: Harvey Road (NG8 3BB) – may require travel to Loxley House and sites.

About the Role

  • Act as trusted first point of contact providing accessible information and support throughout project delivery.
  • Coordinate enquiries, manage access and refusals, investigate and resolve concerns.
  • Conduct site visits, participate in events, lead consultations, and carry out data collection and reporting.
  • Monitor contractor liaison performance and coordinate project communications.
  • Contribute to continuous service improvement through data, reporting, and feedback analysis.
  • Monitor and shape inclusive engagement practices.

About You

  1. Experience working in a pressurised environment, using initiative and managing competing priorities.
  2. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills to manage workload effectively.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders.
  4. Ability to analyse information, use IT systems (including Microsoft Office) to produce reports and support decision‑making.
  5. Experience or capacity to contribute to service improvement and deliver customer‑focused outcomes.
  6. A flexible and proactive approach, willing to support tenants, leaseholders and services to achieve positive outcomes.
