Salary: Grade F - Starting Salary £32,597 (Level one) rising to £35,412 (Level four)
Location: Harvey Road (NG8 3BB) – may require travel to Loxley House and sites.
About the Role
- Act as trusted first point of contact providing accessible information and support throughout project delivery.
- Coordinate enquiries, manage access and refusals, investigate and resolve concerns.
- Conduct site visits, participate in events, lead consultations, and carry out data collection and reporting.
- Monitor contractor liaison performance and coordinate project communications.
- Contribute to continuous service improvement through data, reporting, and feedback analysis.
- Monitor and shape inclusive engagement practices.
About You
- Experience working in a pressurised environment, using initiative and managing competing priorities.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills to manage workload effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders.
- Ability to analyse information, use IT systems (including Microsoft Office) to produce reports and support decision‑making.
- Experience or capacity to contribute to service improvement and deliver customer‑focused outcomes.
- A flexible and proactive approach, willing to support tenants, leaseholders and services to achieve positive outcomes.
