About the Role
As a Chef Supervisor, your main duties will be to deal with all aspects of day-to-day running of the school kitchens from planning to delivery. You will also be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment used.
About You
- Experience of working in a customer-focused environment
- Experience of cooking for large groups, including menu planning, ordering, cooking and serving
- Ability to manage a team and deliver training and guidance
- Knowledge of Health and Safety guidelines and understanding COSHH procedures
A DBS enhanced check is required for this post for a regulated activity.
