About the Role:
- To provide a warm welcome, actively engage and deliver outstanding customer service to all visitors at our Heritage Sites in the cafes, shops and site.
- To maximise visitor’s enjoyment of our facilities, optimise opportunities to generate additional income and ensure that the site and assets are clean, safe and secure at all times.
About You:
- The ideal candidate will have:
- To work weekends, school holidays and occasional evenings
- Experience of frontline museums, visitor attractions, cafes and shops
- Able and willing to fully undertake all aspects of this varied role with drive and motivation
- Exceptional customer service, creativity and attention to detail
