We have recently launched our UK expansion, with our first agencies now open in Bishop’s Stortford and Bognor Regis, and our next opening scheduled for Chichester.
The Role
We are looking for our next Branch Manager to lead one of our elegantly designed boutiques, located in the heart of the town. Your mission is to drive sales growth and strengthen GoldUnion’s presence in the local market. You will manage the branch with a high level of autonomy, delivering a premium customer experience while confidently handling high-value transactions. We will rely on your strong commercial mindset and interpersonal skills, and provide you with comprehensive training and ongoing support. No prior experience in precious metals is required; full paid training will be provided.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing your branch autonomously as the local face of GoldUnion, leading daily operations with a strong sales-first mindset.
- Assess and purchase precious metals such as gold, jewellery, and coins.
- Building strong customer relationships and delivering a high-end, trusted service while ensuring smooth branch operations and excellent presentation through strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ensuring full compliance with AML, KYC, security procedures, and all relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintaining excellent presentation and visibility within the branch.
- Driving local growth by increasing sales through a defined marketing strategy.

Additional Requirements

- Right to Work in the UK.
