You will also oversee ongoing maintenance and branch improvements to ensure all locations remain aligned with operational and brand expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate contractors, suppliers, signage providers, and delivery schedules.
  • Organise installation of furniture, fixtures, equipment, and signage.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure works are completed to required standards.
  • Conduct quality checks and report issues or delays to management.
  • Carry out minor on-site tasks where required, including basic repairs, adjustments, and furniture assembly.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and operational standards.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Support general branch maintenance and ad hoc operational tasks as needed.

About You

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and practical, with experience coordinating multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.

Essential requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers, and project deliveries.
  • Knowledge of finishing works such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and simple electrical tasks.

  • Comfortable carrying out practical hands-on tasks when needed.
  • Software for project management and communications.
  • Willingness to travel frequently between branches across the UK and stay overnight, when required.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in construction, or branch fit-out projects.
  • Understanding of health & safety standards and regulations on construction or fit-out sites.

What We Offer

  • Basic salary plus commission following the probation period, of £200 bonus per branch for every 3 branches opened within a month.
  • Company growth opportunities within an expanding business.
