We are looking for a qualified and experienced Breakfast and Prep Chef to join our team. You will be used to independent working. This is to support our Breakfast Chef so you will cover a minimum of 3 breakfast shifts per week with another 2 shifts.

We are an AA red-star hotel with a special award for our breakfast, so quality is of paramount importance. This would suit someone who wants fixed hours in the hospitality industry. Our hotel has 12 bedrooms, a 46-cover restaurant, an RHS partner garden with daily visitors, and a busy event trade space.

You will be expected to ensure the highest possible standard of food preparation, hygiene and service are met.

Our kitchen is led by Head Chef Maggie. This is not a kitchen full of toxic masculinity, but an opportunity to work with leader who has a passion for the kitchen and food origins and a desire to get on. With an acre kitchen garden there is an obsessive commitment to homegrown and local produce, we celebrate the seasons and use only the best, freshest and most authentic foods and ingredients.
