Operations Director

We are partnering with a global organisation operating at scale across highly complex, mission-critical environments. The business is entering a significant phase of investment and operational transformation and is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead performance across multiple high-value assets.
This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for overseeing 24/7 operations, ensuring resilience, safety and service excellence across technically demanding sites. The role will play a central part in driving operational maturity, embedding best-in-class standards and building a high-performing, accountable culture.
