Position Available
We are currently seekinga Fleet Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis.
This isa great hands-on role responsible for managing the day-to-dayoperations of our fleet, ensuring our vehicles and drivers operatesafely, efficiently, and in full compliance with company policiesand legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities include
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our fleet.
- Coordinate scheduled servicing, maintenance, repairs, andinspections to maximise vehicle availability.
- Ensure fleet records and documentation are accurate and upto date.
- Schedule preventative maintenance to minimise downtime andmaintain fleet reliability.
- Support incident reporting and assist with investigationswhere required.
- Ensure drivers comply with company policies, safetyprocedures, fatigue management requirements, and relevanttransport legislation.
About you
- Proven experience in fleet coordination or a similaroperation role
- A sound understanding of heavy vehicle operations, maintenance coordination, and fleet compliance.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to buildpositive working relationships with drivers, suppliers, andinternal stakeholders.
- Previous exposure to regional and long haul operations ishighly desirable
