Position Available

We are currently seekinga Fleet Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis.

This isa great hands-on role responsible for managing the day-to-dayoperations of our fleet, ensuring our vehicles and drivers operatesafely, efficiently, and in full compliance with company policiesand legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities include

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our fleet.
  • Coordinate scheduled servicing, maintenance, repairs, andinspections to maximise vehicle availability.
  • Ensure fleet records and documentation are accurate and upto date.
  • Schedule preventative maintenance to minimise downtime andmaintain fleet reliability.
  • Support incident reporting and assist with investigationswhere required.
  • Ensure drivers comply with company policies, safetyprocedures, fatigue management requirements, and relevanttransport legislation.

About you

  • Proven experience in fleet coordination or a similaroperation role
  • A sound understanding of heavy vehicle operations, maintenance coordination, and fleet compliance.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to buildpositive working relationships with drivers, suppliers, andinternal stakeholders.
  • Previous exposure to regional and long haul operations ishighly desirable
